Michèle advises private and institutional clients in the set up and management of securitisation vehicles and is also qualified in the management of trusts, foundations, companies and fiduciary transactions. From 2018 to 2020 she held the position as Managing Director of Mandaris Group (Malta) Ltd.

Michèle joined Mandaris in 2007. She is a member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practioners (STEP) and the Institute of Financial Services (IFSP). In 2016, Michèle  successfully acquired the Advanced Certificate in Fund Administration from STEP.
